Most security problems in growing companies are not exotic attacks. They are old accounts that were never closed, shared passwords, admin rights nobody reviewed and payments one person can approve alone. I fix those first, then put the tools and routines in place so they stay fixed. I am vendor-neutral: I do not resell software, so the recommendation is the one that fits you.

AI delivery.

AI is useful when it takes real work off people and you can measure the difference. I design and build AI workflows end to end, from customer support agents to coding agents that work inside your engineering process, with human checkpoints where they are needed. I use these tools daily on my own platform, so the advice comes from running them in production.

Due diligence and interim.

Technical due diligence tells you what you are really buying or investing in: how good the code is, how the infrastructure holds up, how secure it is and how strong the team is. I review it hands-on and write it up in plain language with the risks ranked. When a company loses its technology or product lead, I can also step in as interim CTO or CPO.
