How long does technical due diligence take?
Usually one to three weeks, depending on the size of the company and how quickly we get access. Urgent deals can be scoped to fit.
What do we get at the end?
A written report covering code, architecture, infrastructure, security, team and process, with each risk ranked and an estimate of what it would take to fix.
Do you also help after the deal?
Yes. I help with integration planning, fixing the issues found, or stepping in as interim CTO while a permanent lead is hired.
